Great advice, especially about overcoming the mental hurdles that get in people’s way from achieving their health (or any) goals. One of the things that drove - and still drives - me to start my fitness journey a few years ago was the toll poor health had started taking on my relationship with my kids and the lethargy that had started becoming the norm. One of the simplest first steps I took was to get shot of soft drinks and switch over to water, I shed kilos with that simple change.
