I've refrained
From spreading my pain
From speaking of the hollowness
That had me crying tears like rain
I've repented
All my sins and attempted
To bring light to my life and the world
That for so long I resented
I seek beauty in all I see
Because the beauty of life is what releases me
From the steel twines that bind me
And this pervasive splendour is what frees me, see?
As one who found his path, I hope you find yours
Because we were put here on earth to explore
All the magnificence that is here in abundance
From shore to shining shore
